Hello,
I have updated IDStore from 3.6 to 3.7 and now the shop page is blank.
All plugins are deactivated except Woocommerce 2.3.3. If I deactivate Woocommerce 2.3.3, the shop page works (it is not blank anymore).
Please help. IDStore is supposed to be compatible with Woocommerce, so I don’t understand what is happening.
Thanks.

Please check Shop page now. The issue has been fixed.
Thank you.

My Website also similar. How to fix ? Thanks
I don’t know what was the issue.
The support staf fixed it in my website, as Eva Kemp said above, but they did not provide any explanations about which was the problem.
My experience whith this theme is not being satisfactory, as I also have to modify CSS lots of times, not for customizing the appearance but for solving issues (things that are not shown correctly, for instance some text elements that do not have any margin nor padding and are shown sticky to the border).
I won’t recommend this theme to anyone.
Hello @kinhacura,
The problem is caused by new Woocommerce update.
Please provide us with correct FTP credentials.
Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue with my site. The items are listed in the Products (which is generally not part of the navigation, the products were visible on the “shop” page). Please assist as My website is fully functional minus the availability of products and purchasing.

Hello @bharatk,
I’ve fixed the issue. Now products are shown, but you also need update the theme to the latest version.
Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update.
Thank you.

Hello Eva,
Thank you for correcting the problem with the “Shop Page” however I was thinking that the subpages of the shop which contained the products available for sale would also be corrected with the fix. Now I’m scratching my head again wondering how to fix that so I can backup the entire “fully functional” site and then run the updates, since that was what caused the issue in the first place.
Any Ideas?
