I am having the same problem aswell, can you please fix asap please
Nothing on this yet????????
Eva,
I’m having trouble still with the products, they’re not appearing on the pages that are dedicated to them, the layout is also not correct, they’re appearing as a bulleted list rather than a grids. Since they’re not actual pages I’m having difficulty making the changes to correct the issues, I’m aware that I need to backup the site and update will that correct everything?
Hello @garywatson,

This is the 4th time now ive wrote to you and getting nowhere, can you tell me what is going on as I have purchased your theme in good faith and so far it is not working.
Not very impressed with the level of customer service as this is the fourth time ive to write to you.
How long does it take update ver 3.8 Eva? Thanks.
Hi Eva,
I’m back… I backed up the website & database, updated the theme to 3.7, and yesterday after completing this everything was working fine except that the images that belonged on the “Shop” page were at the top of each subcategory instead of the shop page. Today everything looks like it did before the update…. ideas?
Hello @garywatson,
Sorry for a delay, but we still can’t connect to FTP getting this error:
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
Are you using any Firewall or restrictions?
Please edit the file wp-content/themes/idstore/code/woo.php file (line 487) and replace the code $woocommerce->get_image_size
with wc_get_image_size
.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Hello @bharatk,
Does the problem still persist?
I’ve checked your site and haven’t found any problems.

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
Yes, I am still having the issue, the shop page and product pages aren’t functioning as there are no products available to purchase.
Hello @bharatk,
The problem is you don’t have any products.
Please create some in Products section and check Shop page after that.
Thank you.

Eva,
I do have products… somehow after the the first update attempt I ended up with 2 products parts on the left navigation of the dashboard. With that said… the first time you made corrections to the site EVERY product showed up and was in the correct layout, the products are found in the “empty” shopping cart Icon which is where they’ve been since the start of the website, I have no clue where the “full” cart icon popped in from or how to get rid of it, but either way after I did the backup and update low and behold there is was! After the last fix the image that belonged on the SHOP Page was above the products on the category pages instead of being a link on the main shop page…. now they’re just not working again, not visible, not linked properly, nothing on the shop or subpages work at all just like before the update.
To save any further time from my shop being down, I’m attaching the login details in the PC setion below. Please be sure you attempt any fixes from the IP addresses I’ve unblocked for you.

Eva, can you please respond to my post $49163, in response to you posting #48931.
After the backup and update to 3.7 as instructed, one “Products” Catalog became 2 and yes the one is empty… I have no clue where it came from or how to get rid of it. Meanwhile the one with the “EMPTY” cart icon is where my products can be found.
The only things I’ve done since the update was update plugins.
After the update you provided assistance and all of the products were on the category pages under the shop, the main image on the page was a HUGE image that should have been on the SHOP page linked to the subcategories not on the actual product category pages.
In essence, can you please just get the products and shop pages sorted so they function as the primary source for the website from within the right directory or something.
Bharat
Hello @bharatk,
Did you create a back up before making changes?
Please try to revert back to the version before your changes.

Hello @kinhacura,
Please provide us with the path where site files are located.
Thank you.

Eva,
I followed your instructions, yet am still having empty shop categories & subcategories. I reverted the theme to 3.6, upon doing so, the 3 images that linked to the categories (and their corresponding pages) appeared in the bulleted list rather than grid view.
Upon updating the theme to 3.7, the products disappeared. At this point I’ve reset it to 3.6 with the 3 SHOP page images appearing but not linking to the products.
*NOTE* The products are held in the “EMPTY CART” PRODUCTS found here: http://www.smokeybar.co.uk/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product NOT the “FULL CART” PRODUCTS listed here: http://www.smokeybar.co.uk/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpsc-product (I’m unsure why there are 2 PRODUCTS sections in the dashboard navigation.
Can we try getting the products fixed before attempting to upgrade to 3.7 again please.
Hello @bharatk,
You activated WP eCommerce plugin as well as Woocommerce plugin. It can’t be done because there may be conflict between these 2 plugins. I’ve deactivated WP eCommerce, but recommend you to delete the folder in wp-content/plugins.
You should use only one plugin for Shop site.
Please do this and check the site after that.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Eva,
Thank you for the tip about the wp-ecommerce, it’s been removed and now all products and pages are functioning although they are listed in bulleted list view instead of grid view. Do you think that reinstalling the upgrade to 3.7 will correct that issue?
Eva,
I have finished the update and again the images that belong on the Shop page to link to the products are on the category/subcategory pages instead, everything else is beautiful.
Any ideas?
