    Dear Sir/Mam
    1) I am trying to configure the shop page using theme option to make it (Full Width), and it is not working.
I am using the classic theme of xStore.
    2) Also after configuring the shop page, I noticed that the home page footer background changed to white and nothing appears while the background should be black.

    Hello,

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
There is a critical error on your Shop page. Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check the problem more deeply.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

I checked the memory limits and it is 512 M as you can see from the attached link of screenshot in private area.

I understand from your reply that the error is from the hosting.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.
