if a product has a longer title the subsequent row will look strange:

Hello,

I do not see the problem with the grid on the mentioned page – https://prnt.sc/vpttl6

Update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ , then go to Theme Options > click on Publish. Clear cache and check the category page then.
