SHOP Page not loading - by poacher - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi today I received a notification on Dashboard to update 8Theme Xstore. So I opt to update. After which, I cannot access the SHOP page anymore. Also not sure what else the update disrupts on my site. Please see attached LINK. Probably something happened with the updated files. Please help. Thank you

Hello,

If you want to edit archive page (Shop or Blog) using Elementor you need to use Elementor Pro, the default Elementor does not have such an option. If you have Elementor Pro, contact their support to get assistance.

Hi I think this has nothing to do with the elementor pro etc. I was still able to access the page until Xstore requested an update. Then this happend.

Since I cannot EDIT the SHOP page via ELEMENTOR. Is there any code I can use to make sure the PRODUCT display section will show up LATEST instead of random product image.

Is there a way to reset the default SHOP page for this template ? thanks

BTW I am trying to replicate the SHOP page. Is there any widget I can use to replicate the SHOP page ?

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting.

BTW I am trying to replicate the SHOP page. Is there any widget I can use to replicate the SHOP page ?z

– try to use Products element, or contact support of WooCommerce to get further assistance.

Follow the WooCommerce documentation if you want to create shop page using Elementor https://elementor.com/help/creating-a-woocommerce-archive-template/

Explain to me in more detail the following:

Is there any code I can use to make sure the PRODUCT display section will show up LATEST instead of the random product image.

Are you talking about the shop page in this case or about products on the home page?

Hi after I prompt to update the Xstore…i cannot access the SHOP page. All I want is to access the shop page.. and make some adjustments. Either that or recreate the shop page. provided the access to the other response though. Thank you

Look, the Elementor plugin never allowed Shop page editing, read Elementor documentation by yourself https://prnt.sc/1xe525j https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/

What exactly do you want to change on the shop page? Explain in more detail, please. Maybe provide screenshots for better understanding.
