    hey team,
i’m trying to make my website support multi-languages(french/English/Arabic) via wpml
but there’s an issue on the shop page which is the categories appear just on French version(principal language) and disappear in other languages as you can see in the video

note: I use elementor to build product archive page

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, yaci,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire whether our products have been translated into English and Arabic. If not, there may be issues with the filters functioning incorrectly. Additionally, could you please verify if the following options are enabled?

    1. Navigate to Customizer -> WooCommerce (Shop) -> Shop -> Shop Page Layout -> and check if “Hide Categories With All Hidden Products” is enabled.
    2. Go to WP Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory -> and ensure “Out of Stock Visibility” is set correctly.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
