Shop page products colum not equal height

The above Shop page products colum not equal height. If you scroll to the end you will see the middle column is empty.

Please advice how to fix.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
If you use WC plugin version 3.2.x then XStore version should be no less than 4.9. You are using 3.15 version of our theme. So, please, do the backup of your site and update the theme to the latest version and also XStore core plugin.

Updated the theme, wordpress and also plugin. However the Shop page still the same, but the product category page works fine.

Please go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page Layout > Products masonry > OFF.

Found out a new settings in 8theme option > Products masonry. I have turned it off and it is not working fine. Thanks.

I’ve checked your shop page and see that products looks better http://prntscr.com/hvyq7s, try to change Products per page to 21 in Theme Options > E-commerce > Products Page Layout.
