Shop Page Published, but not displaying the updates

    we have updated and published the shop page, preview is available in edit mode, but the edits are not showing in preview. and there is an issue with the shop mega menu, it’s not displaying properly

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and re-select the Shop page. If the issue persists, kindly provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can review your settings and assist you further.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    try clicking the shop page and products in the website, it’s rederecting nowhere

    If you still encounter any problems, kindly update your themes https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , then clear the cache and check once more.

    We kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
