I am including a screen shot— on the left is the preview of my shop page (not in Xstore edit mode), on the right, is the preview inside of Xstore edit mode. I want the GRID VIEW. I did have the products showing in grid view previous, but do not know what changed? When I go to Xstore > theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Layout… i have been scrubbing for where to control the layout, but can’t seem to find it. I also had turned off the Shop Toolbar, but when I turned it back on it seems that it does not have the same view controls in it anymore.

    Hello, @sethr,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We have carefully reviewed your request and upon examination, it appears that the issue you are experiencing is related to a cache problem on your end.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling it.

2/ If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello, per this direction:
“Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.”

None of these options were on to begin with, so no changes to make there. As far as I know, I do not have any CDN or caching happening with my wordpress hosting.

    What else can I try?

Hello. OK, i’m unsure if my other ticket issues were related, or not… but the issue is now for some reason resolved as my other issues are now fixed as well. Thank you for all the effort… still guessing it was maybe a LOCAL caching issue, or something. I will close this ticket now.
