Hi there!
I have a little problem with the filter for the number of products on the shop page and how they appear on other pages.
When I want to choose the filter to be let’s say 24 products per page it literally messes up the css and at some point from 17 -24 products, the others are added inside the last one and they shrink to its parent container, really strange.
Also, this problem happens on other shop pages with the filter for number of products set to 12.
I hope that I was explicit with the details and you could help me in this matter.
Thank you!
Hello,
Could you, please, provide me admin panel and FTP access? We’ll check what caused this issue.
Regards
I’ve sent it in private content.
Hello,
1) WP admin panel username is incorrect.
2) What is the password for the FTP connection?
Regards
I wrote them again, sorry I forgot the FTP password….
Hello,
Your problem related to http://inv.dotcodes.net/shop/borcanas-cu-miere-b2/ product. I have saved this product as draft and grid is fine now. Check the description that you used for this product. Very likely you did not close some html tags and it caused the problem.

Hi!
Thanks for your reply, I checked the shop page and now it looks ok, I didn’t see the opened HTML tag that also was crashing in the admin panel… Unfortunately, I am using an excel .csv file to import the products and now from what I see, I’ll need to strip the HTML tags from description/ short description section.
Best Regards,
Philip
Hello,
In this case I would recommend you just to create this product borcanas-cu-miere-b2 from scratch. And that’s all.

Thanks for your reply 😀
Well, this database wasn’t created by me, so I guess there will be more products with this problem.
I can use the replace with
function from excel and give it replace <*>
with ""
.

Philip
I’m not sure what tag made the problem. I just found that I can’t even open product to edit because my browser tab did not respond. So, I just used quick edit function to make product as Draft. Something was wrong in description. But I can’t tell you what exactly.

Well the problem was that at the end of the description a paragraph tag was like <p class="asd" syle="font-size: 16px; color: red; background:
that caused the problem. I changed it through MySQL from PHPMyAdmin and now it works perfectly.
In the future I will add only the text without HTML tags, this way is not going to cause any problems and after it’s inserted I will manage it other ways.
Best Regards,
Philip
