Shop-product categories don't line up

Hi All,

Just wondering on how I can remove the the products showing underneath the categories as per the sample rose variant shop tab? and the product tabs not aligning..

Could you please clarify with more details what exactly you want to remove and show us screenshots?
Also please provide us with wp-admin access in Private Content.

Hello,

You’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update them.
Don’t forget to make backup site before update theme.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hello

Also please go to the shop page abd remove categories shortcode. You may use following method to display categories:Show categories and subcategories and not the Show products . Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Shop Page Display.

Updated the theme, I’m still having the same problems, most plugins fail when updating, and vc add-on won’t accept license at all?

Hello,

I’ve removed this shortcode [product_categories] from your Shop page and selected “Show categories and subcategories” in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Shop Page Display.
Please clear your browser cache and check Shop page now.
Also provide us with FTP credentials.
We’ll update plugins for you.

All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. The plugins can be downloaded from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

Hello,

You can change images sizes in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Product Images > Catalog Images.
After that regenerate thumbnails with the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .

Hello,

I’ve told you in the previous post how to change images sizes:

You can change images sizes in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Product Images > Catalog Images.
After that regenerate thumbnails with the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .

Also please show a screenshot what bar you mean on the Shop page.
