Shop side bar add edit product list/grid widget by static block display problem

I added a new static block and used the edit product list/grid widget. Then I use this new static block to add to the shop sidebar by Appearance Widgets but the shop page displays the shop sidebar static block (use edit product list/grid widget) having a format problem.
I used 1 column but added it to the shop sidebar by static block but displayed 2 columns and the text format is different.
How do I do? Thank you.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your current settings first.
