Shop Sidebar Category is Not Showing in shop page

Hello
I have 2 problem.
1. Shop Sidebar Category is Not Showing in shop page?
2. Can i show only parent catergory in shop sidebar?

1. Regarding the Shop Sidebar Category not appearing on the shop page, this could be due to a few different settings or conflicts. To better assist you, could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

2. As for displaying only parent categories in the shop sidebar, you can achieve this by adjusting the widget settings in your dashboard. If you navigate to Appearance > Widgets, you should be able to configure the category widget to only display parent categories – https://prnt.sc/l0SVBykHEKij
