here is the proof
Hello, @Alan_ruiz,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

I honestly don’t know about caches (I’ll probably end up ruining it…).
I left you my access keys in the private area
Hello, @Alan_ruiz,
We appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your login details.
Upon reviewing your website, we have discovered that no Store page has been selected under the WooCommerce > Settings > Products section.
Please note that the shop sidebar, located under Appearance > Widgets, only functions with a Store page selected under WooCommerce > Settings > Products. We have attached an image for your reference.

To rectify this, please select the Store page under WooCommerce > Settings > Product. Following this, we recommend clearing your browser cache and revisiting your site to ensure the changes have been implemented correctly.
We trust that this solution will effectively resolve your issue.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
Ok, thanks for the clarification, I think I understood how this widget works.
Now my question is: can I make these filters work on any page that displays products? for example, on the pages of the different categories that my store has?
Hello, @Alan_ruiz,
Thank you for your response.
We would like to inform you that the Shop sidebar widgets area, which can be found under Appearance > Widgets, is functional on all archive pages. This includes but is not limited to, the Shop page and category pages.
We confirm that you are permitted to display the shop sidebar widgets area on all Product categories pages (Product > Categories). To accomplish this, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Xstore.
2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to Woocommerce.
4. Choose Shop.
5. Click on the Shop page layout.
6. Select Sidebar Position On Category Page.
7. Choose the option that best suits your needs and publish it.
Please refer to the attached image for further clarification.
