    Hi, I’m having trouble editing the sidebar widget no matter how I click it won’t edit. The one with free worldwide delivery and a 24/7 support center. I want to remove it or edit it.

    Hello,

    Theme options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On. Then go to Appearance > Wisgets.
    Could you provide a screenshot?

    Hello,

    Please follow next steps:
    1- Theme options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On
    2 – Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > After the products > delete static block from this area
    3 – To be able to edit the content of the static block, enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/ , then go to Static blocks and edit them
