Your attached screenshot is in editor mode. But in preview its not appeared. That why i attached both editor and live preview screenshots on previous message. Hope you get it.

It seems that you have created a custom page. Unfortunately, the WooCommerce filters and widgets you wish to use do not function on custom pages. They are designed to work only on default WooCommerce pages, such as the shop or category pages. This limitation is not related to the theme but rather falls under the functionality of the WooCommerce plugin itself.

Could you please test if the same behavior occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (this is the default Woocommerce theme).
