    Sorry to disturb again guys but this is a very serious matter.

    53% of our users use Phones and Georgian versions.

    Which means that for 53% of the users the web page is fucked up – they think that certain products are out of stock forever because they see old data, then they decide to buy some products that seem to be in stock but suddenly they discover that it’s out of stock.

    We never had error this serious and for this long before. We had the average of 340 visitors a day and now we’re down to 210.

    Please fix this as soon as possible – Whatever you did with English version before, Helped the English version. Please just do the same with Georgian version

    Hello,

    I’m confused. Is this the new issue or this is a detailed explanation of the previous one? If this is the new problem then it would better to create new topic because you mix up all the questions in one topic and it causes misunderstanding.

    We have visited your site from mobile device and the categories widget is closed, products at the first 3 pages of the shop are the same for both versions EN and GE, we did not check all the pages because you have a lit of products.
    So, please, could you provide screenshots (using Gyazo or Lightshot screenshot tool) and explain what old data are you talking about? Provide links to products that are marked as in-stock but they are out of stock.
    And the main question is: does this issue appear with our theme only and you don’t have it with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront. Because keep in mind that we are not responsible for the WooCommerce, WPML or WordPress issues, we are theme support and can help you only if the issue is caused by our theme.

    Don’t understand your English, sorry. Could you provide screenshot of the problem for better understanding using the Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool and highlight problem moments on the screenshot?

    Step 1: Go to the web page with phone and be on the Georgian version of the page

    Step 4: scroll down and go to 2nd page

    Step 5: Remember this product and refresh the page.

    Clearing browser data, chache and everything does no help. It is always exactly the same, no matter what you do.
    This just example based on 1 product. Everything else has problem too.

    When you go to the most of categories, the categories bar goes scrolls up again. That is the way it should do, but there are 2 categories where this does not happen

    Please fix these vital errors. The theme is very good, but due to these bugs we started to loose our customers instead of gaining more. We were supposed to have a new cool web page with flawless functionalities within 5 days and it’a been over a month already since the web page has these disfunctionlities.

    The free theme that we had before was bad in visual terms but it did not have any vital bugs.

    If we can’t fix this issue and/or do that in time, we’re going to have to ask for the refund.

    We opened one ticket before nyt so far it’s been helpless.

    Happy new year and I hope we’ll be able to fix the errors urgently.

    we use child theme pls check maybe this problem have child theme?

    Also, we found that you have different colors of the categories http://prntscr.com/qiu4fe and pagination http://prntscr.com/qiu51g than we have. So, are you sure that you provided us with link to site where you have the issue? Maybe you sent us link to another copy or something?
