Short description showing and the main description not showing.

Within the single product page I currently have the short description showing and the main description hidden. I’m using WCFM but when i add description it does not appear there. and also there is no option to add the description in the woocommerce product edit from wp backend.

NOTE: Please confirm me about the issue & how you resolve it.

Please provide URL of the product with the problem.

I’m using WCFM not WCMP!
Also, It is not showing in the Woocommerce product edit to add description. It means that it’s your theme error not WCFM!
Also in WCFM there is option to add description. But you theme is not showing it!

I need to get more details from you about the current behavior, behavior with the default theme activated, the desired behavior, and how it works with our theme on your site. Only after that, i will be able to pass this topic to our dev team.

Thanks for the reply.
Elementor and WCFM plugins are compatible with our theme, but it seems they have an incompatibility with each other, independently of the theme you are using. I would still recommend you to contact the support teams of plugins and ask for advice there. Maybe some settings should be just enabled, or add a custom code.
