Shortcode displaying wrong product categories

Hello,

I want to display only certain product categories through a short code, which used to work.
However, now it displays completely different product categories.

[etheme_product_categories number=”6″ ids=”182,172,209,190,191,192″]

Could you help me get it right?

You may use our Product categories element that visualizes this shortcode – http://prntscr.com/gu0rp2, as you may see on screenshot, here you may set id’s of parent categories, but for example category, with 182 id, isn’t a parent category http://prntscr.com/gu0t1l.
To show categories you can also use a default element http://prntscr.com/gu0uby.

Hi,
well I want to display different categories from different parent categories,
so your Product Category Element is not working as you have to choose parent category.

The standard Woocommerce Product Category Element is not working because they don’t display the way yours does, so it has no overlay text saying which category it is.

That is why we were given that shortcode from you, which worked before.
How come it is not working anymore?

Sorry, but it is not possible for now, to show different categories from different parent categories.
