Hello, I want to introduce a static block in a content page or tab, therefore, is there any way to shortcode or code to include a static block?

    Hello,

    Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/general-information-2/
You may use [block id= " "] shortcode to insert the static block
or create a custom widget area in Appearance > Widgets and add inside of it a static block, then add on page Widgetised Sidebar element.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards
