    Hello,
I noticed that you removed the shortcodes.php file. Now, all of my shortcodes ([et_top_cart],…) stopped working. How can I fix this?

    Hello,

All the shortcodes were moved to Royal core plugin according to ThemeForest requirements.
Update Royal Core plugin to version 1.1 at least if you updated theme to 6.0 version. Don’t forget to install Redux and CMB2 plugins – plugins after the 6.0 update.

    Thank you.
Thats exacelty what I did: Royal version 6.0.0, Royal Core 1.1.0, Redux and CMB2.
Then I deactivated all other plugins, only Royal Core, Woocommerce, Reduc & CMB2 are active.
But still all my shortcodes dont work..

I just installed them for testing and indeed, it seems that Visual Composer is now needed, otherwise all shortcodes dont work. But I dont need VC. I dont want to install 3 more plugins- in addition to the 3 other required ones – so 6 plugins needed in order for 1 theme to work?!.
That makes no sense at all. Installing such a huge plugin I dont need just to show the shortcodes. Could you please tell me what to do to fix this without Visual Composer? It worked so well with the previous versions…

Thank you. What did you change in order to make the cart working?
Anyway, there are other shortcodes that dont work anymore, e.g. the static blocks shortcode like [block id=“1055″] or [etheme_products categories=“47″ order=“rand“ desktop=“5″ notebook=“5″ tablet=“4″ phones=“1″].
They only work when Visual Composer is active, but I dont want this huge unneeded plugin to be active…
Any help would be really appreciated.

Changes were done in shortcodes.php wp-content/plugins/royal-core/inc folder and in files of royal-core/inc/shortcodes folder.
You can compare files to see changes or just take the royal-core plugin to the live site.

Hey, if anyone else having this issue. Just solved it. Originally when I updated the plugin via the normal wordpress update procedure (clicking update). I had all these problems. I downloaded the Royal Core 1.1 directly from 8theme and re-installed it. This seems to fixed all the issues.

    Hello, @ pablostevens

Yes, re-installing of the core plugin helps to solve the issue. Also, next time it would better to create the individual topic and provide Dashabord access to your site to get fast and helpful answer.
