Should I Use Rank Math’s Bread Crumbs or the XStore Bread Crumbs?

Does it matter which one I use? Rank Math has breadcrumbs feature but so does Xstore, which is best to use? Or does it not matter?

Ok if I want to enable Rank Math bread crumbs and replace the existing ones in the theme, how do I do that? It gives me a code to use but not sure where to put it or how to disable the existing breadcrumbs in the theme?

To disable existing breadcrumbs in the theme, go to Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Style > Disable. Additionally, edit pages using Elementor > remove breadcrumbs element https://prnt.sc/7gfyLD9J7oyq and add the desired shortcode.
