Show only parent category in product grid

Hi team,

I would like to show only the parent category in the xstore product grid in Elementor. When I have a product with a parent and a child category (Parent: “Collection voyage”, Child: “Asie”), it shows “Asie” first because A is before C.
In all cases I would like to show only the parent category which is “Collection voyage”.
I attached a screenshot for you to see.

Can you help me please?

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, and we will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hello,

Thanks for answering, please see private content area for wp-admin and FTP access.
Can you at the same time update the Filebird plugin for me please ? I can’t do it either via the wordpress extension manager or via the Xstore plugins installer, the update never gets done.
