    Hello,

When I go to my shop page, I see all the products at once. Is it possible to, when I go to the Shop, it shows the categories, and if you click on a category that has subcategories, that it shows those subcategories?

I want to show the products only if you’ve selected the correct category. Is this possible?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @konak75,

    Thank you for your response.

We would like to inform you that the issue you were experiencing was due to the use of a custom layout for your shop and archive pages, which was set up under XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder. For further details, you may refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

We have now disabled the custom layout condition, and your site is currently utilizing the default layout for the archive page. As a result, all theme options should now be functioning correctly.

Please take a moment to review the changes at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
