I make a change on theme options setting and now website is showing there is been critical error on website, tell me how to solve it.
Hello, Nayyars Locks,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1/ Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
2/ Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I enabled debugging mode and provide all details u ask for in private content area.
Hello, Nayyars Locks,
I hope this message finds you well.
We are writing to express our gratitude for providing us with the necessary access credentials. However, we are currently experiencing difficulties connecting to the FTP server. Each attempt results in the following error: “Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Could not connect to server.”
