    Hi there,

We have upgraded to the latest theme version, and Side Bar on Shop page disappeared. Although it is set-up at widgets area.

Also, the system status shows that some theme files are OUT OF DATE. Are we expecting the new version of Xstore soon?

    Please help!

    Thank you!

Also, I have noticed that theme version 5.1.3 available, yet it is not in the Themeforest I was able to download 5.1.2 only. Could you please provide us with the latest version of the theme?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I’ve sent the latest theme version to your registration email.
If theme updating doesn’t solve the problem with the sidebar, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

    Regards

    Thanks for the reply.
Please try to disable all 3rd party plugins, likely one of them causes the problem.
Or you can disable “Sticky sidebar” in Theme Options > Shop > Shop page Layout.

Also, WordPress 5.0 use Gutenberg as a default page editor. To be able to edit pages using WPBakery page builder https://prnt.sc/ltwb5l you need to update the plugin to the latest version – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
