Side bar from dokan single store is not removing

I have changed the side bar to full width by doing WordPress Dashboard Appearance > Customize > Dokan > Store Page

But the side bar still exist and there is vendor contact form by default.

Also I have removed all the content from dokan widget in widget section of my website you may check it here https://prnt.sc/11699ef

Also I have disabled theme side bar you may check it here https://prnt.sc/1169a8k

Now if I enable theme store side bar its shows blank sidebar but it is not changing to full width if I disable theme store side bar from Dokan setting it shows vendor contact form.
I have already contacted the Dokan Plugin developer they said that my theme is overwriting the dokan file and contact the theme provider

Hello,

Take my apologies for the delay in answering. We had some troubles with the topics display.
Yes, we overwrite some Dokan templates but it does not affect the width of the vendor layout because the sidebar appears even with the storefront theme https://gyazo.com/05211ff2e89c5bab9b1c63333010212c and I don’t see the option in Dokan setting to disable the sidebar on the vendor page. I see that you sorted out and hid the sidebar using custom CSS. So, you do still need any help from our side?
