    Hi, everybody!
    Still happy have bought your product!
    After update I’ve installed a new latest product slider using shortcode on start page. Globally it looks pretty, but I’ve mentioned, that all the buttons are half-cut. Can you help me, where I shuld change the css for it to show the buttons full-size?
    My second problem is product category widget. Help me to sort the product categories. As you’ll see, I’ve tried to use numbers in the beginning of every catecory name, but nothing changed and the sixth category is on the top :(. Help me to sort them, please or advice another way to us automated sorting
    Glad to see you work hard to support all the customers!

    Hello,

    1. Please add this code in custom.css file:

    @media (min-width: 1200px) {.product-slider .carousel {
       height: 400px !important;
    }}

    2. You can drag categories to your order in Products > Categories section. Move the 6th number to the bottom just dragging it with your mouse.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    1. Thanx! I’ve switched on custom css and added this code! Everything is OK- all slider became bigger 🙂
    2. It worked for parent directories but doesnt work with child. All of them are shuffled 🙁 Is it some code or plugin conflict? Should I allign all the subcategories at Products > Categories section?

    Hello,

    2. Try to use WPEC Product Categories widget instead of the current one.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    I’ve added WPEC Product Categories widget and categories are shown in the correct order. Please check and specify what exactly is incorrect with this widget.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi, Eva. Thanks for fast reply!
    In Russia we had a holiday: Annual- 9th may- is the date, when Nazy army capitulated, so we got some rest and barbeque 🙂
    I’ve checked the widget right now and the problem still remains. The subcategories are not tabulated and are in one list. The ideal way is to show main categories first, and to show subcategories and other child categories in a tree-like way. We can pay some additional fee if you’ll help us.
    I have another way to solve my problem- to make a product categories menu in MENU section and to add it, using third party widget, but I wanna automate it (simply by adding new categories in the products section), that’s way this method is unlike to me.
    Waiting for help 🙂

    No, I didn’t make any chages that time. The sidebar is shown on http://www.nemoroz.ru/products-page/

    Hello,

    Please take our apologies for delay.
    I’ve added the following css code in custom.css:

    .wpsc_categories {
        margin-left: 0 !important;
    }

    .main-products-sidebar li > ul {
        margin-left: 1.3em !important;
    }

    Clear browser cache and check products sidebar on shop page now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello!
    Thanks, the default wpec category widget now works fine, but I’ve added it just to make shure in exact categories while browseing and making changes on the site. All I want is your blanco widget working by the opening-to-child tree-like way. Your widget is pretty, but now also sorts not so well. Please make the same changes to it and its done.:) thanks a lot for your help.

    Jack, hello!
    Well, I see the widget at the top of sidebar. First time I had the problem at “ОТОПЛЕНИЕ” category: http://www.nemoroz.ru/products-page/otoplenie/ All the subcats werent organised when I clicked on “+” to see them. Now they are OK- all the child categories are tree-like.
    First I was happy, but when I’ve opened the second category “ВОДОСНАБЖЕНИЕ” http://www.nemoroz.ru/products-page/aqua/ I saw the problem still remains: when I click on “+” to open the category and see subcats- they are in one list and not tree-like. May be it’s a css conflict that remains?
    Thanks for you work! And it’s ok for delay. We can wait and appreciate your work and your time!
