Hi, the issue was that sometimes the SHOP FILTERS were lagging, but problem was solved after I removed Product Categories.

Is it possible to create my own widgets in order to create the filters I want for my shop? Or are there any pre-made filters apart from Filter Products by Price or by Brands?

    Hello,

All available widgets you can find in Appearance > Widgets, add desired widgets into the Shop sidebar.

Does it take sometime until the live changes are visible in the site when for example I add a new filter?

    Hello,

WooCommerce plugin has the transients cache but as a rule, it displays widgets immediately if you don’t have any cache plugins. If you use cache then you need to clear that.

Can I display my shop filters in the mobile view of my website? Because I use the Sidebar Filters for the desktop view, but cannot show it in mobile devices.

    Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar Position For Mobile
If this is not what you are looking for, describe your request in more detail.

Thank you that was what I was looking for.

However, the main menu that I display on the mobile view (top-left menu) is not functioning as I wish.

It does not show the subcategories as a dropdown menu. How can I fix that?

PS, it does not work with any children of a parent menu item.

Also, I do not know why but the product filters do not work properly especially on mobile. After I select the category I want, it loads the necessary products. However, if I try to select another category or subcategory, it does not load the proper products. In fact, it doesn’t do anything.

    Okay, here we go.

Problem #1: Sidebar menu does not load on live store, only on preview. See screenshot from live site, accessed via Google Chrome Incognito mode and cleared cache
Screenshot from live site -> https://snipboard.io/DQzvwg.jpg
Screenshot from preview -> https://snipboard.io/ztBiRC.jpg (seems ok here…)

Problem #2: On mobile view (live site) we have a similar issue with a menu. As you can see in the screenshot, there are no arrows to show the subcategories of each main category. Similarly to the above, everything seems to be fine when I preview it from the Dashboard.
Screenshot from live site -> https://snipboard.io/V4LU38.jpg
Screenshot from preview -> https://snipboard.io/vWbf18.jpg (Again, seems ok here…)

So what is the issue? Why are these changes not transferring over to the live site? Can someone please ACTUALLY fix this, or give me directions on how to fix it?

    Hello,

    1) This issue as a rule is caused by a cache plugin that does not separate mobile and desktop caches. Could you, please, provide us access to your Dashboard with admin permissions to allow us to check the list of plugins that you use and cache plugin settings to help you?

    2) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail. Do you use any server cache or CDN?

    Regards

    1) Please see private content area

    2) I cannot provide ftp access unfortunately. Is there anything specific you want me to look at?

    Please contact administrator

    Hello,

Sorry but I don’t have access to the list of plugins that you use https://prnt.sc/YmTbM9I92BMF
Our user has limited permissions, not admin permissions to check plugins, theme settings etc.
