Hello there,
I am wondering why the sidebar widget on my website’s homepage is invisible when I open an incognito window in Chrome and on the client’s computer, but it appears on my side after logging in to WordPress.

P.S. The cache has been cleared before testing.
Hello,
Do you use CDN or server cache?
What widget is added to that sidebar?
Regards
Thank you for your reply.
I don’t use the CDN, and the plugin I use is WP Super Cache. The widget is “Main Sidebar”.

Hello, @Ori,
Your issue is resolved now, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Actually, the issue is that you did set the Xstore conditions for the sidebar element. See the image here: https://ibb.co/TWYLTtH
I have edited the home page with elementor >> edit sidebar element >> Advanced >> Xstore condition >> turn off.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Yes, it’s working well now.
I am truly thankful for your assistance!!
Best,
Ori
