Sidebar is Not Working on The Page That I Just Made to Showcase Our Gallery

Hi there,

I need your help, I want to make the sidebar appear on our “Shop by Brand” page, and turned static pages on by going to Appearance > Customize > Under “General/Layouts,” set the Static Blocks from Off to On

Please, contact administrator

We would like to kindly inform you that the eCommerce widgets are designed to function exclusively on WooCommerce pages, such as the Shop page or Category pages, not on custom pages, unfortunately.

Please note that the brand showcasing page is a custom-designed page and not a standard WooCommerce page. As a result, eCommerce widgets are not compatible and cannot function on this page.
