Sidebar missing after theme update - by Olele

Hi,
I just updated my Royal Theme’s files and the left sidebar in the shop page disappeared.
I’ve checked the Page and “Sidebar Position” is set to “left sidebar”.
Also “Widget Area” is set to “Additional shop widget area”.

Theme Options — Products Page Layout — Layout is set to show the left Sidebar.

Is there anything else I should edit?

Hello,

Looks like you replace woocommerce files in our theme folder so now you have such result on site. Is it true?
Please do not use WC 3.3.1 version, because the theme version 3.4 is not compatible with this latest woocommerce version.
You need to use WC 3.2.6 version and original files of theme 3.4 version.
Once new theme version will be released you will be able to update theme and WC.

Hello Rose,
Thanks for you response. Any idea of when will the new version of the Theme be released?
I had to update WC in order to make some plugins work properly and am not planning to change to a previous version…

Our developers are working on next theme update. I think the update will be released within 1 week.
