Hi, since today’s updates (wordpress and elementor) my sidebar shopping cart is showing issues. The photos of the products are much too large and two buttons suddenly appear in the sidebar that do not belong there. Is this a known problem? Or can you indicate what is causing this problem? See photo for the problem.

    Hello Arnan,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    We can’t log in https://prnt.sc/bsRXVrNs6_LO

Please go to Elementor > Settings > Integration > WooCommerce > Mini Cart Template > Disable. Check Cart buttons after that.

    Warm Regards,

Hi Luca, i removed the 2-factor login. I forgot that was installed. The Mini cart template was on. I disabled it, cleared cache but it’s still there. Also there’s a second problem since this morning: my homepage is not showing like it should. I really don’t know what happened. Hope you can help because I was planning to go live this Sunday … Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I’ve found the homepage problem. So for now remains only the initial problem with the cart.

    Hello Arnan,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We have determined that the issue on your website is caused by the Elementor Pro plugin, indicating that there may be a specific setting causing this behavior. Please contact the support service of the plugin for further assistance.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hi Rose, thank you. I just logged in at the elementor backend to make a ticket. I have two shops and when I clicked on the shop concerning the problem it opened my WordPress backend. Just to be safe I checked the problem and it was gone. I don’t get why but maybe that disabling mini cart took some time to show at the frontend? You state that you have determined that the issue was caused by the Elementor plugin. I don’t know how you were able to determine that but was that really an error showing in some code? If that’s the case I would like to know what issue you were able to find and if I still should contact Elementor for this issue (even though it looks solved)?

I have also another question about the cart and checkout page but I will open a new topic for that. Thank you again.

    Hello Arnan,

We are pleased to hear that your request has been resolved. If everything is now in order, there is no need to write to the plugin. We suggested this action previously because we noticed the plugin code on the specific part of the site that was discussed.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
