Sidebar widget cannot locate way to switch off on CART page

I have been setting up a few sites using your excellent theme but on this one I have a SIDEBAR appearing with a widget SEARCH when there is something in CART I have compared it to other sites and the settings look the same but I cannot get rid of it wonder if you can point me to what I am missing
