Sidecart is not updating the total amount – after coupon is added

I made a video for you that shows how the xstore sidecart widget is not updating correctly after coupon code is added.

Its very important to not confuse the customer with regards to the total amount.

I checked the settings but did not find anywhere to configure it?

Looking forward to finding a solution to this matter

Could you kindly assist by completely disabling all cache plugins and systems on your end, and then check the issue again?

If the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could temporarily disable any third-party plugins as well to help us further investigate.

Ok,

I disabled the Wp rocket plugin. But the issue still persist.

Maybe its more effective if you have a look directly.

The login credentials for further investigation is in the private area. Feel free have a look in the wp dashboard.

Upon closer review, we can confirm that the sidecart currently displays only the sub-total of the products. The sub-total reflects the price before any coupon codes are applied.

The total price, which includes the discount after applying a coupon code, is displayed exclusively on the cart and checkout pages.

If you would like the total price to also be displayed in the sidecart, we kindly invite you to submit your suggestion on our task board: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. Should your proposal gain sufficient support from other customers, our development team will carefully evaluate its feasibility for inclusion in a future update.
