Hi! I’d like to have a single footer, one plain row; i’ve created my static block with VC, but where do I have to add? I tried to add it in footer 2 widget, but it results as a row with a solid white line under the text; what do I have to do? Thank You!!
Hello,
Please provide link to your site and screenshot for better understanding result that you want to achieve.
Regards
Thank You!!! 😀
Add your static block in Footer Copyright widget area.
More information you may find https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/9_footer and https://www.8theme.com/videos/ (Royal – WordPress ThemeEngine – Footer Set Up)

Thank You! 😀 I’ve already seen video and read docs, but it appears really strange, can You check please?
Yes, I see, it is strange problem that we do not have on our test site. Very likely it caused by one of your 3-rd party plugins, so try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins).
Regards
Thank You!
Done, but nothing changed; I have the same problem on another website done using Royal
Hello,
I’ve created “test footer” static block, because copyrights area has 2 sides. Please check your footer now.
Regards
Thank You so much!!!
What can we do without You???
Tell to Your manager, You are great!!
(Could I ask You to cancel the pictures for privacy?)
Also, I continue the conversation here about different previews as You asked me; why does it happen?
Many, many thanks for You precious help!
– Sorry, I am setting up the same options for the other pages, but custom css + test footer are showing me the same blank space. I may be stupid because it has stop to work correctly
Thank You for the patience You have with me!
Hello,
1. You’re welcome!
2. Likely it is because of cache, so please try to clear all cache on site and server, disable cache plugin and then check situation. We do not have this problem on our test site, so seems this problem doesn’t relate to theme. Try to activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with the official theme too.
3. I’ve added this code in Custom css:
.main-footer {
padding-top: 0px;
}
Please check.
Regards
Thank You, I’ve never tought myself to clear server cache. It is perfect, thank You Rose *___*
