    Hi

    Since upgrading (I really do not like the new 9.2 – its very messy on the admin sidebar / top bar with way too many useless links) I now cannot access my saved product templates that used to be edited by clicking into Xstore -> product template.

    Where are they? On the sidebar there is a new Xstore Builders link but it is empty?

    See private for access – this is so frustrating as the old version worked fine.

    Additionally, in a specific product the sales booster safe payment has broken! It was fine before this upgrade. See image attached below –

    Cart Page – Correct Layout -> https://i.imgur.com/5PUHAGA.png
    Product Page – Messed Up -> https://i.imgur.com/9OUumqD.png

    Thanks for any help – please keep the website private and do not share anything showing the branding!

    Hello, Niddy,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ The Single Product Builder link was removed from the Top bar, but you can still open it and find all your templates via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder OR Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder.

    We’ve noted your request and will consider adding the link to the Single Product builder in the top panel back.

    2/ Private Content

    Kind Regards,

    Thanks for this – the reason I have used html is because I need it to link properly to the safe payment page – in your shortcode this is not possible – notice the blue text that says “Your Payment is 100% Secure →” – Mine is a link to the page, this is why I *must* use html.

    The shortcode is not suitable; however it seems to be ok again now so will leave it as I had it originally as it is working again…

    Thanks for your help. Is it possible to allow us a text field to add the text for the Your Payment is 100% Secure → part and add a link? It’ll be a quick update / patch.

    🙂
