I have a problem with the theme. I have created a single product page template on Elementor, on the elementor page builder is correct, I modify the formatting as I wish and as I want it to appear. But when I go directly to the page, the layout is completely different to the one I have on the elementor page builder. I deduce that it’s the theme that’s messing it up for me, since on elementor I can see the display correctly.

I have tried to remove cache change nothing.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

We have conducted a thorough review of your website and have created a new test custom layout for the single product page using Elementor. We are pleased to report that we encountered no issues with this test layout.
However, we have identified that the problem resides with the custom layout you originally developed using the XStore Builder > Single Product Builder via Elementor.

To resolve this issue, we kindly ask that you review and amend your existing custom layout. Alternatively, you may consider creating a new layout for the single product page using Elementor.

Thanks for the work, it seems to be working good now.
I don’t know what else you’ve changed but the product pages have become super slow to load compared to what I had before.
It takes a good 3 seconds to display the product page whereas before it was instantaneous.

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.
