Hello,

Few issues :
1. Why i see this section when use Single Product Builder —> https://prnt.sc/MkPHcCRkMbNX
2. And i don’t see any updates ONLINE ——-> https://prnt.sc/V1JIkpejcuoF
3.Can i receave JSON file of this example —> https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/product/drawstring-shirt-dress-4/

Hello,

1, 2/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problems.
3/ Download the file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/8Ba4L2TX You can import it via Single Product Builder > Import/Export. Of course after solving the first 2 problems.

Still same issue 🙁

– Trying to disable all the third-party plugins
– Cloudflare configured for this site with Development Mode (Temporarily bypass our cache. See changes to your origin server in realtime.)

Did you make changes to the theme files?
Provide FTP access also. I will ask someone from our dev team to check the works of the Single Product Builder on your site more deeply.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

I create new, clean copy of my new website.
For now i use MARSELLE 03 temlate without any costumization.
Single Product Builder is OK now .

Quastion :

Why on demo site i see shop page on this way —> https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/marseille03/shop/

and on my website ——> https://home4sport.co.il/shop/
