Single Product Builder Layout on Mobile Devices

Hi,

I saw a few pictures where the Single Product Builder has a button to switch from desktop builder to mobile builder, but I can’t find it under my installation.

I need to create different layouts for mobile and desktop versions. How can I make this work?
