My products now display with their images all really large down the left side of the page and the item description is half way down the page. Is there anyway to revert this back to how it was originally; with the product description at the top next to a smaller sized image that allowed you to hover over to zoom in or click through the available image gallery?

I have updated to the latest theme and all plugins are up-to-date, but the issue remains.

In addition to the above I have also notice that in my media library a lot of my images are showing as not attached to products, although they are. I have tried deleting the images and reloading them to both the media library and the relevant product. But again this hasn’t resolved the way the images display on the single product page and the media library file still shows as unattached.

    Hello,

Please update WPBakery Visual Composer plagin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/ and try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins), then check your issue.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hi,

I’ve tried updating WPBakery Visual Composer plugin and get the following error: http://prntscr.com/fehkqy

I have also tried activating my copy of Visual Composer by purchasing a licence. I received the confirmation email of the purchase and the item shows in my Envato Market account. However when I try to activate Visual Composer it advises that I have no license and I am not able to get support for this as it tell me I have no licence for support, despite the fact that I have purchased it??? It has been 3 hours now since I purchased the licence so the ‘up to 30 minutes’ advised by VC has passed.

Logged into FTP to see if I could upload to there, I would have expected to see a WPBakery folder in the plugins directory but there’s nothing so I’m not sure where to go.

I also attempted to start from scratch and re-upload the Visual Composer software that I just purchased, however I get an error that the zip file is too big. http://prntscr.com/fehmhf

Additionally I have tested all the 3rd party plugins and none of them are causing the problem I am having with the images.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

    Hello,

At first, please read https://www.8theme.com/faq/ http://prntscr.com/fejhb0
Also, contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M.
Then try to update needed plugins as describe http://prntscr.com/fejik6

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
