I want to change single product image size I tried to change it at theme options but not working. Its so big.

Hello,

You can change it in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab. Also use this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ after making changes as recommended by Woocommerce team.
