Single Product information is not available

When i click on the product it does not show any product information or single page

product main category
https://dev-interiorstore.com/product-category/furniture/dining-tables-sets/fixed-dining-tables-dining-tables-sets/

if you click on 1st product
https://dev-interiorstore.com/product/stone-international-manhattan-dining-table-marble-and-stainless-steel/

it will be the blank page

Hello, @Usama Zafar,

Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress theme as well then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to try to reach out to WooCommerce support to fix this issue with the default WordPress Theme first and then it will be automatically working with our theme as well.

Otherwise, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Thanks for giving the hint.
Issue was from woo commerce end single product page builder was enabled that’s why no information was shown.

We are glad that you sorted it out.
You can disable the Single Product Builder, or create layout from scratch by adding elements into sections, for example – https://gyazo.com/0c30f4332984cb8560bf2c681c833c7c

Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.
