Dear Support,
Single product of elementor is not working due to xstore template, I have cross check with the technical. They have given me two video where the Single product of elementor cant work after implemented xstore.
I think is not possible because, it working fine previously.
Can you help me further check on this ?

We have identified the cause of the issue you were experiencing on your website. It appears that the problem arose due to the use of the Single Product Builder functionality of the Xstore Theme. The description widget of the Single Product Builder was not added to any section, which was the primary cause of the issue. This is because the Elementor page builder only allows you to edit the description of the product.
To resolve this, we have added the description widget to the Single Product Builder section and published it. As a result, your products are now editable with the Elementor Page Builder.

Hi, is workable already BUT previously for all the pages languages will change, if I switch the different language. For now single product description language cant be change chinese any more. What should I do ?

2/ When Single Product Builder is disabled the translation for full description work fine?
3/ How does it work when not our theme, but the Storefront theme is activated?
4/ Could you provide FTP access? To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins https://prnt.sc/Rc1POnxDBSrq and check the single product page).
In case, the translation doesn’t work even when the Storefront theme is activated, it means there is no fault of the theme, and WPML support should be able to help you.

I have follow the way you mentioned, once I switched to customised product
Product description is show accordingly.
Any fix can help here? I been waiting 1 day 4 hour
