    Hi I have installed your theme for an existing client who already had a wordpress site. I have duped there site to a development area here:

    http://globalleisure1.m-wpdev.co.uk/product/buxton-poseur/

    As you can see, this single product is not being displayed correctly. The product image is cropped, and not displaying properly, it seems the footer is sitting over the top of the image. Also the tabs are not showing and this is vital as the product attributes are set on over 500 products with detailed information such as measurements and other info.

    I have set the woocommerce image sizes as per your instructions.

    Can you help me resolve this urgently please?

    Hello,

    The tabs are shown in the parent theme, but not in your child theme.
    Please compare it. You need check your modifications you’ve made in the child theme.

    Thank you.
    Regards,

    The child theme has only had a couple of css items added that have no bearing on the single product layout. there is no other content other than what is there form a default installation of the the theme, so this is not the reason. THere are no woocommerce templates in the child theme at all so the the parent theme ones are the ones that should be used, correct?

    Do you want some FTP access so you can see? See private content.

    I have also tried copying the woocommerce templates folder from the parent theme into the child theme and this has made no difference. And even if what you said is true, which it isn;t this wouldnt affect the image being wrong. i have regenerated thumbnails on all images this makes no difference.

    Hello

    Following code within Child Theme is cutting webpage layout:

    .product {
        height: 275px;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    Please describe us it purposes and we would make changes which affect only certain element and not all sigle product pages.

    Hi this css was added because the payout of products was being skewed by titles that ran over two lines, the layout of products wasn’t a proper grid. I have removed the css, but it’s made no difference to the single product layout.

    Sorry it has changed it, i needed to clear my cache and refresh to see the change.

    The regenerating of thumbnails has resolved the layout grid problem I was having with the products pages that needed that CSS anyhow. So I think we’re looking good, just in time for my meeting too. Thanks for your help.

    Hi, don’t know if I should set up a new thread for this, but now I am having problems with setting the side bar up to show on single product pages. In theme options I have set a right sidebar layout, and have added some upsells to this product and set them to appear in the sidebar, but the side bar is not showing…

    Here is a link to the product that has upsells.

    Hello,

    In this case you need add widgets to Single Product page Sidebar in Appearance->Widgets.

    Thanks!

    I thought that as I had set the upsells to appear there it should do 🙂
