Hey,
My single product page is not showing the item picture, just white space, until you hoover over it and the zoom image then pops up…
I contacted WooCommerce thinking it was an issue with their software, but they told me to contact my theme developer.
How do we fix this issue?

Could you please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.

So I disabled some of them, but won’t this mess up how the site functions? For example, if I disable all of the plugins and it works to get the product picture to show back up, you would recommend not using those plugins?? But some of them are pretty important, like our password strength plugin, the WP ALL Import, Visual Composer, or even Ninja Forms……
Do you still recommend this for the fix, and if so, when I do deactivate and potentially reactivate, will my data be saved in those plugins so I do not have go through setting up or designing again?!

Your settings will be saved as they are stored in the database.
Please disable the plugins. If product image appears, then activate plugins one by one to find out what exactly is breaking the functionality.

Ok, it was WP Rocket that was the issue.
I have reactivated the other plugins and everything is working just fine! Thanks!
I noticed that the pictures on the single product page are quite large and then when you hoover over them, it shows the original picture, which is considerably smaller….I thought the hoover was suppose to cause a “zoom in” affect?!
Any idea why this is happening?

Your original image is too small. That’s why you have such issue.
You should either disable zoom effect in Theme Options > Single Product Page or upload high resolution image with minimum dimensions 600x600px.
