Single product page auto scroll!!! - by fnezarati

    Hello, in my single product pages when I scroll to middle of page it start to auto scroll to bottom of the page automatically, its only work good in Safari but in Chrome and Firefox it happens.
    This is sample of single page link:

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
    Please update the theme to the latest version and all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ Then check the problem.
    Also, try to disable 3rd-party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check single product page.
    Let us know the result.

    Hello, All my plugins and template are updated but I still have problem but its only on Chrome.

    Hi,
    Im not sure how I should update the template to latest version, I don have any update request in my Theme, by the way I don’t know why have this error on my theme.

    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete.

    Name Description
    Xstore Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “xstore” parent theme.

    when I tried to install parent them got another message of the package is not available.

    I guess I’m not really expert on this part can anyone do all of the updating and parent theme for me please?

    Hello,

    Please check theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ and update your server settings according to these requirements.
    Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?

    Hello,

    As I see you renamed theme http://prntscr.com/gb808u, to solve this issue http://prntscr.com/gb80l8, please rename theme folder or change name of parent theme in style.css file of your child theme.

    I’ve checked your server settings – http://prntscr.com/gb83lz. Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M;
    Then read our documentation and try to update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    After theme update you will need to activate theme using your purchase code. We have added few options for the cart/search/wishlist, so after update you will need to choose the position of these elements in Theme Options.

    If PHP settings were updated but you can’t update the theme, please make the backup of all your files and DB. Also, do the export of Theme Options (Theme Options > Import/Export) and provide FTP access in Private Content and we will help you update the theme.

    Hi Rose,
    I updated post_max_size to 64M and upload_max_filesize to 64M.
    Im not sure what was the original name of the theme, the folder name which I was downloaded is “XStore_Responsive_Woocommerce_Wordpress_Theme”, so I can not rename it original one as you mentioned.
    I don’t want to make any more mess here like renaming or missing any file can you please do the update for me, I add the FTP access in private for you. Thanks

    Hi Rose, Im still waiting for your reply. can you please check my template update, I tried to install Envato Market plugin and update the template but it still shows older version.
