Single product page gallery click send you to image file instead of lightbox

    Hi team,
    1) Single product page gallery click send you to image file instead of lightbox popup.
    I went to Elementor website settings. Lightbox settings are on with all options active.
    Attaching a video for you to see.

    2) Also, due to the theme rules, I can’t use any other widget(Elementor/ JetPlugins) for the image gallery. Is it possible to use other product image gallery widgets?

    I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hello, @scrumgum,

    1/ A/ We have checked the Single product page gallery lightbox popup on our test site it is working correctly. The issue is only on your site. https://paste.pics/QX84C

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We have checked your site and found that you are using Elementor Pro and PRO Elements plugin on your site.

    B/ We kindly request that you consistently utilize either Elementor Pro or the PRO Elements plugin when working with XStore builders. For your convenience and further guidance, please refer to the following documentation: [XStore Builders – Getting Started](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-builders-getting-started/).

    2/ We would like to inform you that there are two product image widgets available for your use. Please feel free to select the one that best suits your needs. https://paste.pics/QX84H

    Could you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to XStore only? Let us know the result.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
