    Hi,

I’m building this site with lots of add-ons & plugins, and somewhere along the way the Tabs functionality disappeared on the Theme. The Reviews/More Info tabs show the headers, but do not show that tab’s content when clicked.

    Example is seen here: http://goo.gl/zgq3ar

(Switch from ‘Additional Information’ to ‘Reviews’ etc… does nothing.)

I’ve disabled all plugins to get back to the base Wootheme, but nothing is working to show this content. Please help!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I’ve just checked the tabs and they are clickable and content is shown for each tab.
Please check it again and clear browser cache before.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for checking but I’m still seeing the same error. The tabs are clickable, but they don’t show any other content. The reviews tab should show customer reviews, but does not. Even if you click near the price up top where it says ‘4 customer reviews’, the reviews themselves don’t actually show. I’ve flushed the cache a few times.

In addition, the homepage has a Featured Products section and a few other tabs that do not show any products. It’s the same issue there… tabs, but no content.

I noticed a theme update is now required and this message “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason. Please contact your theme developer for further assistance. You can review the System Status report for full details or learn more about WooCommerce Template Structure here.”

Should I expect my site to break each time a theme update is needed?

    Hello,

That message doesn’t effect your site at all. You can hide it.
Sorry, but we can’t replicate the issue you described, all reviews are shown:

Please try to check the site in another browser.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
