Single product pages are not allowing products to be added to cart from inside the product page. However they will add from the shop. The variable themed products work fine. Also for some reason all my customers are seeing that my royal theme is not activated even though I activated it after the 3.0 update. I don’t see it when i’m logged in but if i log out and visit the page it shows up at the top.

When is the update of the theme suppose to happen? I thought it was coming out last week.

Hello,

Single product pages are not allowing products to be added to cart from inside the product page. However they will add from the shop. The variable themed products work fine.

Please deactivate all 3-rd party plugins you are using, which are not required for the theme, and check if issue persists.

Also for some reason all my customers are seeing that my royal theme is not activated even though I activated it after the 3.0 update.

The mentioned message was cached. I’ve cleared cache in your dashboard and notification has gone. Please check.

Well it works fine with the storefront theme. Wouldn’t that mean it’s a theme problem and not a plugin problem? Just asking cause i’m not an expert.

I’m having the same issue with products not being able to be added to the shopping cart! It appears to affect Simple Products, but not Variable Products.

Theme update is ready and we are waiting for approvement from ThemeForest. We hope that it will be available today for download, so, you’ll be able to update the theme to the version, which is compatible with WooCommerce v. 3.0.4

I updated to Royal v3.0.2 and I’m still not able to add Simple Products to the shopping cart from the Single Product Page.
